These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Grapli, including our website, mobile application, AI-powered coaching features, subscription features, and related services. Grapli is operated by QuantFight, doing business as Grapli.

1. Who we are

Grapli is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training app that provides AI-powered coaching feedback, session tracking, and performance analysis for athletes and gyms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing Grapli, using the app, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Grapli.

If you download Grapli from the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where no custom EULA applies.

3. Eligibility and minors

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age required by your country to consent to digital services or data processing, you may use Grapli only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may restrict or delete accounts where we believe this requirement is not met.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, abuse the service, or harm other users or Grapli.

5. Subscriptions, free trials, and payments

Grapli may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, and in-app purchases. Subscription pricing, trial length, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app or in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm payment.

Payments for iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s rules and App Store settings. Refund requests and billing issues may need to be handled through Apple.

We may change prices, features, or subscription plans from time to time. Changes will apply according to applicable law and platform rules.

6. Grapli content and AI feedback

Grapli may generate coaching feedback, pattern detection, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs based on information you provide. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified coach, instructor, doctor, or other professional where appropriate.

Grapli does not guarantee athletic progress, competition results, injury prevention, or any specific performance outcome.

7. User content and model improvement

You may submit profile information, training details, session notes, voice recordings, images, videos, feedback, messages, and other content to Grapli. You remain responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

By submitting content to Grapli, you grant QuantFight a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Grapli.

You also agree that QuantFight may use user inputs, session data, voice recordings, corrections, feedback, derived features, annotations, and related outputs to develop, evaluate, fine-tune, improve, and train Grapli models, algorithms, and product features. Where practical, we may use aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymized data for these purposes, but you understand that some processing of user content may be necessary to improve the service.

We may use third-party AI, infrastructure, analytics, database, authentication, and subscription providers to process content and operate Grapli. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, PostHog, and similar providers, depending on the features used.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use Grapli for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
• upload content you do not have rights to use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse Grapli or its models;
• interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service;
• use Grapli to generate or promote unsafe training practices, harassment, or harm;
• share another person’s personal information, recordings, images, or videos without permission.

9. Intellectual property

Grapli, including its software, design, branding, logos, models, prompts, workflows, analysis systems, and other materials, is owned by QuantFight or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Grapli or our intellectual property to you.

You may use Grapli only for your personal or internal training purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. By using Grapli, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy, available at https://grapli.app/privacy.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Grapli at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Grapli after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disclaimers

Grapli is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You understand that grappling and physical training carry risks. Grapli is not responsible for injuries, training decisions, coaching decisions, competition outcomes, or actions taken based on AI-generated feedback.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantFight and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Grapli.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using Grapli at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting hello@grapli.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or create risk for Grapli, other users, or third parties.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts in France will have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.
